One-time monitoring packages

Browsing weekly deals and room catalogs is free without an account. A free account can save rooms as bookmarks in Saved Rooms; saving does not start paid Monitoring or create a charge. Paid Monitoring is a separate opt-in flow.

Choose any whole number from 1 to 24 months at $1 per month.

Each package is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, free trial, or automatic renewal.

Eligibility, setup, and expiration

The public catalog includes BEACHES and SANDALS resorts and room categories. New SANDALS watches can be started only while creation is enabled and only for supported, eligible room selections; the separate paid setup checks each selection. If creation is disabled or its status cannot be confirmed, a new SANDALS watch cannot be started. Browsing and verified weekly listings remain available regardless. Choose Watch This Room or Start Monitoring and complete the paid flow to start a watch. Checkout requires a verified account email and a selected supported resort and room code. A purchased term starts when successful payment is fulfilled and recorded. Its expiration is calculated from that start time using the purchased number of calendar months. If you purchase while access is active, the new calendar months are added to the current access expiration; after expiry, the new term starts at successful activation. Monitoring access is not active after expiration, and there is no automatic renewal.

Monitoring and alert limits

Every Wednesday, active watches with email alerts enabled receive a status update when a complete, verified brand-specific snapshot is available; email delivery is not guaranteed. New SANDALS watches are offered only while creation is enabled and only for supported, eligible room selections through separate paid setup. Weekly lists remain free to browse. We may not detect every listing, and email delivery is not guaranteed.

Independence and service scope

777DealWatch is independent of Beaches Resorts and Sandals Resorts and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by either. It provides monitoring and alerts only; it does not book or reserve rooms and does not guarantee availability, pricing, eligibility, or discounts. Confirm offer and booking details with the resort.

Refund, cancellation, and service problems

• Monitoring purchases are nonrefundable once monitoring is active and functioning as described. A watched room category not appearing in the deals does not qualify for a refund.
• Stopping alerts or monitoring does not cancel paid access or qualify for a refund.
• If you experience a monitoring service problem, email support@777dealwatch.com. We aim to respond within two business days. We review service problems individually and discuss an appropriate resolution.
• Accidental duplicate payments qualify for a full refund of the duplicate charge. Contact support@777dealwatch.com for assistance.
• Our weekly monitoring period runs Wednesday through Tuesday.
